We are looking for someone like you, with experience and technical vision to lead the comprehensive maintenance of our buildings, ensuring that spaces are always ready for daily activities and that the technical team works in a coordinated and efficient manner. **Your main mission will be** to guarantee the proper functioning and safety of the facilities and various buildings, managing the technical maintenance team and coordinating the necessary operations for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and maximum service quality. **In your day-to-day…** * You will plan and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance program for the facilities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, security, ...). * You will organize tasks for the technical team and subcontracted companies, taking into account internal needs, established schedules and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * You will ensure compliance with current technical, safety and environmental regulations by conducting periodic building inspections and preparing technical monitoring reports. * You will supervise inventory of materials, tools and budgets, keeping technical documentation, plans and maintenance records up to date. * You will propose improvements promoting actions focused on facility energy efficiency and sustainability. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in facility maintenance or similar. * You have a minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles, managing technical teams and multiple facilities. * You have solid knowledge in electricity, HVAC, hydraulic systems, BMS, safety regulations, energy efficiency and/or audiovisual systems. * You enjoy leading teams, organizing tasks, analyzing situations, making decisions, resolving incidents and communicating with internal and external clients. **You will make a difference if…** * You hold a University Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar). * You have training in occupational health and safety (PRL), energy efficiency or facility management. * You have worked with climate control, lighting and industrial refrigeration management systems. * You have experience with audiovisual systems, auditoriums and sound equipment. * You are familiar with GMAO software (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * You have solid computer skills. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Join an innovative environment with a wide variety of activities and technical challenges. * Full-time position, job stability and opportunities for professional development, leading a team within an internationally recognized space. * Work in a collaborative environment with a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability focus. * We promote an inclusive environment.
