We are currently selecting a PROCESS ENGINEER (M/F) to join the team at the San Sebastián factory. We are looking for a multidisciplinary engineer with more than 5 years of experience in NPI integration, manufacturing, development of new processes, high-precision metrology, and team management, with knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes, who has worked on multidisciplinary programs related to DP, manufacturing, reliability, automation, and supply chain, managing the launch of new systems and products, influencing industrialization within a high-volume, high-mix customized manufacturing environment. **As a PROCESS ENGINEER your responsibilities will be:** * Implementation of process improvement projects to reduce costs in different areas such as assembly lines, machining lines (machining centers, lathes, and grinders). * Identifying opportunities using lean manufacturing concepts to eliminate non-value-added operations. * Process automation, loading and unloading operations, improvement of workshop logistics. * OEE improvement through preventive maintenance, workflow design, cell design, new product industrialization, material presentation and organization, logistical support, and others. To succeed in this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. * CNC programming, Creo, computer programming, Python, Java, C\+\+. * English: C1 level for engineering documents, work instructions, test reports, and conferences with foreign teams. * Office software: Familiarity with communication tools such as Teams, WebEx, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and others. **Skills:** * Problem solving. * Business communication. * Cost analysis. * Quality. * Process implementation. * Project management. * Data management. * Staff development. * Team leadership. * Analytical thinking. * Processes and risk management analysis. * Standardized work and Lean Manufacturing methodology. * Enterprise PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
