We are now seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator in Barcelona to help us build strong partnerships with local host companies that can provide internship placements. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Schedule meetings and appointments with Spanish companies interested in hosting global interns. * Identify potential host companies through research, referrals, social media, and cold outreach. * Attend relevant business exhibitions and networking events in Barcelona to generate new opportunities. * Maintain and manage a pipeline of corporate partnerships to ensure a smooth appointment\-setting process. * Collaborate closely with our global partnerships team to ensure new hosts are onboarded successfully. ***Note: While lead generation is part of the role, the main focus is on setting appointments and moving leads through the pipeline.*** **Working Hours** Flexible Hours (15 hours a week) **Minimum Qualifications** * Based in Barcelona, with native\-level Spanish and fluent English. * Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, B2B sales, or business development (minimum 2 years). * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills. * Proactive, self\-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. * Ability to represent the company at events and exhibitions in Barcelona. * References from previous roles required. **Compensation** Monthly base pay, including performance\-driven rewards
