Implementation of layout improvements and data analysis. **Join our team at the Alcaudete industrial plant!** We are seeking a **Production Area Manager** to plan, organize, manage, and supervise production orders; ensure continuous improvement of production processes; and lead operational staff—aiming to guarantee maximum efficiency in delivery timelines and product quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and supervising production tasks * Verifying factory requirements * Managing and supervising finished goods * Supervising internal orders * Verifying and supervising quality parameters * Managing and supervising purchase orders * Analyzing production data * Managing and supervising testing for new product development * Optimizing warehouse space * Implementing layout modifications and improvements * Supporting the Technical Office in manufacturing incidents * Communicating and supervising safety, quality, and service standards. **Team Management Responsibilities:** * Task assignment and follow-up * Leadership, development, and motivation of the team. * Identifying training needs **Requirements** Industrial Organization Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree. Minimum 2 years of experience. Technical Knowledge: Continuous improvement and Lean methodology; Layout design and production flows; Data analysis tools and industrial KPIs.
