Description
A person to promote the acquisition and improvement of competencies in individuals following a social integration pathway. Responsibilities will include individualized follow-up of each participant, as well as group support and implementation of specific support activities.
A degree in Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Pedagogy is required. Additionally, a minimum of three years' experience in educational support for individuals at risk of social exclusion is essential.
Previous experience in integration enterprises, as well as training in coaching and/or personal and professional development processes, will be positively valued. Proficiency in computer tools will also be considered an asset. Employment conditions include a temporary substitute contract, full-time working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, and an annual gross salary of 26\.678 euros.
