Position Summary: We are seeking an empathetic and responsible Educational Technical Assistant to support young people in their journey toward autonomy and social inclusion, promoting their personal development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct attention, supervision, and accompaniment throughout the autonomy process. 2. Support in developing independent living skills and managing daily tasks. 3. An environment that fosters users' personal development. We need an Educational Technical Assistant for a semi-autonomous youth residence in Villanueva de la Serena. A higher vocational training qualification in Social Integration or an equivalent degree is required; prior experience in residential services or working with minors is valued. A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be responsible, empathetic, and vocationally oriented. Primary responsibilities include providing direct attention, supervision, and accompaniment to users during their process of autonomy and social inclusion, within an environment that fosters personal development. The candidate will also support the acquisition of independent living skills—such as household organization, basic financial management, healthy habits, and utilization of community resources—as well as accompany users in administrative, healthcare, educational, and employment-related matters. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
