




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide customer service and manage documentation, while handling digital platforms and office tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and document management 2. Handling digital platforms and administrative tasks 3. Office supply inventory control and order management The Administrative Assistant will perform customer service duties such as managing the reception desk and answering telephone calls. Document management responsibilities include filing and classifying documents, performing electronic recordkeeping, entering and updating data in computer programs, processing orders, monitoring office supplies, handling administrative documentation, and operating digital platforms. A medium-level vocational qualification in Administration is required. This is a temporary six-month contract with part-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
