The company is at a critical stage of growth and consolidation, aiming to centralize, standardize, and professionalize HR policies across the group. In this context, the position reports directly to the General Management, forms part of the Management Committee, and assumes functional responsibility for the HR Managers of each plant. Key responsibilities: \- Define and lead the group’s corporate HR strategy aligned with the business strategy, including organizational design and succession planning. \- Centralize and standardize HR policies, processes, and models across all plants, ensuring a common corporate framework. \- Manage and coordinate the HR teams of the various plants, with a potential team size of up to 9 people, promoting a decentralized yet aligned model. \- Ensure implementation of the corporate culture and talent development at the plant level—including recruitment, career plans, and performance evaluation—in coordination with HR managers. \- Oversee labor relations frameworks, compensation, and personnel cost control, managing corporate environments. ### **Requirements** \- University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar \- 7 years’ experience in corporate HR management, designing global policies and organizational models in multi-site environments, preferably in companies with approximately 500 employees and multiple collective bargaining agreements. \- Strategic capability, influence, and business orientation. \- Fluent English \- Experience in the agro-industrial sector subject to seasonality is desirable. \- Residence in Extremadura is mandatory
