Within our Human Resources team, we are selecting an HR Technician to provide support across various departmental functions under a non-labor internship model. We seek a proactive, dynamic profile with a clear focus on people—and strong motivation, lots of motivation! What Functions Will You Support? * Support the training and development area, participating in competency assessments and improvement initiatives. * Assist with recruitment and personnel selection tasks, identifying new talent to join the organization through various job platforms. * Learn and participate in the onboarding plan and follow-up of newly hired employees. * Participate in routine administrative tasks specific to the department and in new projects emerging within the department. Skills Required for the Position * Eagerness to learn and engage in all HR department processes * Effective communication and internal customer orientation * Proactivity and adaptability * Professional ethics Your Education * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Labor Relations and HR. * Complementary training in Talent Management, Competency Assessment, Planned Training, HR Leadership and Management, etc., or related fields What Do We Offer? * Non-labor internship contract.
