Our top priority is to provide our people with the best tools to build the future they desire—helping them develop a solid career within an international, industrialized, and innovative environment. **What will be your role?** -------------------------- We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** with **at least 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** and **professional-level English proficiency**, to join a strategic long-term project in the **telecommunications** sector—collaborating on the building, automation, and operation of critical platforms and cloud infrastructure. The role involves a high degree of autonomy in designing, deploying, and evolving complex technological environments, acting as a **technical reference for DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.** You will closely collaborate with development, operations, and integration teams to ensure service availability, resilience, security, and performance. You will participate in well-founded technical decision-making, leading automation, observability, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives in enterprise and mission-critical environments. You will actively contribute to the evolution of operational processes, automated deployments, and engineering standards within agile and international teams. **Your profile** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * **Solid DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience**: Extensive experience designing and automating infrastructure using **Terraform** and **Azure ARM Templates**. * **Advanced Linux system administration**: Experience in production Linux environments, **automation via Bash and Shell Scripting**, and optimization of availability, performance, and security. * **Containerization and orchestration**: Proficiency in **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Helm** for deploying and managing cloud-native applications. * **CI/CD and DevSecOps**: Proven experience designing and maintaining pipelines using tools such as **Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD**, integrating quality and security controls throughout the development lifecycle. * **GitOps and advanced automation**: Practical knowledge of **ArgoCD** and/or **FluxCD**, ensuring reproducible, traceable, and consistent deployments. * **Observability and reliability**: Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing solutions using technologies such as **Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK Stack**. * **Configuration management**: Experience creating and maintaining automations using **Ansible**, and standardizing configurations across different environments. * **Integration of complex systems**: Ability to participate in integration activities, technical validation, incident resolution, and coordination with multiple teams and vendors. * **Communication skills** with international teams and global initiatives; **professional English proficiency**. **Desirable requirements:** * **Experience developing in Go (Golang)** and platform automation. * **Advanced Kubernetes knowledge**, including Operator, Controller, and CRD development using Kubebuilder or controller-runtime. * **SRE experience**, including SLI/SLO definition, incident management, and service reliability improvement. * **Knowledge of modern observability**, including OpenTelemetry and advanced monitoring ecosystems. * **Experience in regulated environments**, or those with high cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, or equivalents). * **Telecommunications sector experience**, especially with carrier-grade platforms, telecom operators’ OSS/BSS cloud infrastructures, or critical services.
