Labor Relations Technician in Bizkaia

**Company Description** Giroa Veolia, a multinational company providing maintenance and environmental services, specialized in comprehensive management of water, waste and energy, is seeking to hire at its Bizkaia office: a *Labor Relations Technician* for the Northern Region who will help us meet business needs and ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Flexible working hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:35 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00). **Job Description** Your main responsibility will focus on the administrative and documentary management of all processes related to the company's labor affairs. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Preparation and organization of files for administrative and judicial procedures. * Processing documentation with official bodies. * Creation and maintenance of labor databases and records. * Drafting and management of documentation related to labor relations: contracts, annexes, modifications and agreements. * Administrative support in organizational change processes. * Monitoring and tracking of administrative deadlines. * Document management of permits, licenses, and other employment situations. * Support in various projects within the HR department. * Assistance in managing internal HR policies and procedures. * Management and archiving of labor documentation. **Requirements** **Education:** In the field of business and labor relations (Business Administration, Economics, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, Law, etc.).
