Leioa, Biscay, Spain Full Time Spain Experienced **Serioplast**, a global leader in **rigid plastic packaging**, is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** for its plant in **Leioa, Spain**! Join us and take your professional career to the next level! **What will be your responsibilities?** * Ensure production continuity through proper maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities, complying with health and safety regulations as well as company standards, procedures, and policies. * Perform electromechanical installation and commissioning of machines and equipment (e.g., compressors, HVAC systems, dryers, leak detection systems, chambers, palletizers, etc.). * Conduct periodic inspections of machines, equipment, and facilities, verifying corresponding parameters and readings from measuring instruments; identify and replace worn parts, and promptly request necessary spare parts or technical support from suppliers through the Maintenance Manager. * Carry out mechanical preparation, adjustment, and regulation of mold assemblies. * Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the maintenance plan. * Carry out emergency repairs in case of breakdowns, stoppages, or failures, ensuring full restoration of machine and equipment functionality. * Provide support during inspections, reviews, and maintenance activities conducted by external suppliers. * Maintain records of maintenance activities to track equipment and spare part service life. **What are we looking for?** * Excellent practical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and/or electronic systems. * Solid understanding of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM). * Strong practical knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) standards. * Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and practices. * Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts. * Experience in a maintenance department within an industrial/manufacturing company. **What do we offer?** * Continuous training: develop your professional career working alongside industry experts. * Dynamic and international environment: become part of a team engaged in global projects. * Professional development opportunities: grow within a sector-leading company. * Internal mobility: opportunities for job rotation and professional progression. **Do you think this role fits you?
