MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organizes the resources required for the housekeeping service, including scheduling cleaning tasks and supervising the proper functioning of rooms and common areas. * Manages the housekeeping staff team. * Establishes staffing structure for housekeeping, room attendants, and laundry personnel to ensure appropriate and productive service delivery. * Trains the team on work routines, including bed-making procedures, guest linen and amenity collection, bathroom cleaning, and administration of working hours. * Supervises cleaning and preparation processes for rooms and common areas. * Controls and maintains adequate inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture required for service delivery. * Places necessary purchase orders for the department. * Collaborates with the housekeeping staff team. **Requirements:** --------------- * Valid Spanish DNI or TIE. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Prior experience as a room attendant. * Immediate availability. * Residence in Bilbao (or surrounding areas). *We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, functional diversity, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
