If you are interested in participating in the selection process and wish to join this team and accompany us on this major challenge, **do not hesitate to apply**!! **Job Description** -------------------------- ***Your responsibilities will include monitoring and supervising awarded construction projects***, with special attention to: * Layout of HVAC installations on site together with the site manager. * Control, coordination, and monitoring of subcontractors. * Monitoring of construction measurements. * Monitoring delivery timelines for equipment and materials. * Tracking and controlling project execution deadlines. * Collaboration with drafting teams in developing as-built drawings. * Ensuring order and cleanliness in work areas and across the entire construction site. **Requirements** -------------- ***Education:*** Medium or higher vocational qualification in refrigeration, heating, HVAC, etc. ***Relevant experience is valued***, demonstrable in: * HVAC and ventilation installations. * Steam installations. * Control systems installations. * Fire protection systems installations. * Plumbing and sanitation installations. * Completion of Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training Course. ***Computer skills*** at an ***advanced*** level in: * Microsoft Office suite. * Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.). * AutoCAD. **Additional Information** ------------------------- We know that***p******rofessionals are the fundamental pillar of our corporate identity and our results***.
