We are seeking **a Collective Catering Cleaning Assistant (ASL)** to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning kitchen facilities. * Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. * Shifts: morning and/or afternoon according to roster – Monday to Sunday, with two rest days per week as stipulated by the collective agreement. * Salary according to the collective agreement for collective catering. * Duration: Temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. Job Responsibilities * Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, stoves, machinery, tableware, and kitchen premises. * Clean dining areas, kitchen spaces, bars, and utensils. * Prepare ingredients required by the chef (e.g., cutting, peeling…) and provide support during dish preparation. * Assist in food production tasks. Handle cleaning of tableware, dining areas, and kitchens. * Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition while performing duties. * Keep spaces organized, clean, and disinfected. * Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working environment to ensure high-quality customer service. Requirements * Basic compulsory education. * Prior experience in the hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related sectors is valued. * 1–2 years of experience in similar cleaning roles. * Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Flexibility regarding working hours.
