Job Summary: Waste Transportation Coordinator in Bilbao, responsible for route planning, communication with carriers, and document management, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates waste transportation operations. 2. Plans routes, manages documentation, and supervises waste identification. 3. Acts as a liaison between clients and optimizes operational efficiency. We are seeking a person to manage and coordinate waste transportation operations in Bilbao. You will be responsible for planning routes efficiently, ensuring full traceability of all materials, and consistently complying with current waste management regulations. On a daily basis, you will organize transportation routes for various vehicles, maintain constant communication with carriers and treatment plants, and monitor services. You will also promptly resolve any issues that arise and closely supervise loading and unloading operations, managing timing appropriately. A core responsibility will be managing all documentation, from delivery notes to contracts and required permits. You will also supervise waste identification using specific codes. You will act as a liaison between clients and other logistics-related businesses, and work to reduce costs and improve the overall efficiency of our operations. This is a temporary, part-time position.
