Responsibilities include luggage assistance, orientation regarding the hotel and destination, and maintaining vehicles in impeccable condition, always ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being. **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick-up and transfer of guests to and from airports, railway stations, and other designated locations. * Ensures passenger safety at all times, complying with traffic laws and regulations. * Collaborates with front office and concierge teams to coordinate guest transportation needs, organizing and managing transfer and pick-up services. * Stays updated on traffic conditions and potential disruptions. * Provides a warm and professional welcome to guests. * Assists with luggage handling, ensuring proper handling, verification of quantity, condition, and labeling. * Manages and tracks lost luggage. * Ensures vehicles are equipped with necessary guest amenities, including water and picnic supplies. * Maintains vehicles in optimal cleanliness, both interior and exterior. **Education/Qualifications:** *Essential*: **Driving licenses B, D, and CAP**, with a minimum of two years’ validity. Training in Defensive Driving and/or Safety. **High level of English and Spanish.** *Desirable*: **Additional languages beyond those specified above.** **Experience:** *Essential*: Proven experience of at least 2 years driving high-end vehicles. *Desirable*: Knowledge of Vehicle Safety and Maintenance. Experience in luxury hotels. Experience working in multicultural teams.
