Positive work environment with a genuine opportunity for a permanent position. We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a small, family-run restaurant with six tables and a terrace. Responsibilities include supporting dish preparation, mise en place, basic kitchen organization and control, as well as cleaning and maintaining the workspace. We are a young team of three professionals with extensive experience, offering a pleasant atmosphere and carefully managed cuisine. This position starts for the summer season, with a genuine possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on mutual fit and performance. The schedule is primarily dinner shifts, though we also serve lunch on Saturdays. Two consecutive days off per week are provided. The contract is temporary. We seek someone eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong commitment. This is a small-scale project where every individual matters, and high-quality work is valued.
