Your mission will be to ensure that each task is assigned and executed with maximum efficiency. We seek a management and organization profile with technical sensitivity, capable of understanding the needs of each service to optimize workflow and successfully coordinate teams. \- Reception and analysis: Receive service requests, projects, or incidents and assess their priority. \- Planning and assignment: Distribute work orders to the appropriate professionals, considering their availability, specialization, and location (route and time optimization). \- Deadline tracking: Monitor the status of ongoing jobs to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). \- Handling unforeseen events: Agilely reorganize the calendar and daily schedules in response to emergencies, delays, or last-minute changes. \- Continuous communication: Keep clients and internal departments informed about task status. * 1 year of experience. Between 1 and 2 years of prior experience in team coordination, helpdesk, logistics, or customer service. * FP DEGREE IN HIGHER EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken at an advanced level, written at an advanced level) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Organizational ability, time management, and attention to detail. \- Ability to remain calm and make rapid decisions when facing unforeseen events. \- Proficiency in office software and ease of use of management software or ticketing systems. \- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
