Do you have technical experience and are passionate about property maintenance? At Interhome, a Swiss company with 60 years of experience in vacation rentals and presence in over 30 offices in Spain, we are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to ensure our properties in Miami Platja and Ametlla de Mar are always in perfect technical and functional condition. What will be your mission? To guarantee proper property maintenance by identifying, planning, and carrying out preventive and corrective actions. You will ensure every property is ready to provide an excellent experience for our customers. What will you do? \- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance plans on properties: appliances, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, heating, access systems, and other functional systems. \- Perform periodic inspections and record actions in the system. \- Resolve technical issues during guest stays or maintenance periods. \- Propose improvements together with the Service Manager, coordinating repairs and technical upgrades. \- Coordinate with external contractors (pool technicians, gardeners, technicians, etc.) and validate completed work. \- Maintain digital records of all completed and planned actions for each property. \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations. \- Respond to the technical emergency phone line in urgent situations. What are we looking for? \- Technical knowledge in general home maintenance: electricity, plumbing, climate control, appliances. \- Experience in domestic repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordination with suppliers. \- Ability to plan, organize, and quickly resolve incidents. \- Intermediate computer skills for task tracking and documentation. \- Valid driver's license and availability to travel. \- Desirable: intermediate level of English or French.
