




Job Summary: We are seeking a Developer Deployment Consultant to support the configuration, development, and implementation of SaaS payroll projects using our internal programming language. We seek someone eager to learn, technically curious, and motivated to grow within a highly specialized environment. As a Deployment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: * Participating in the parameterization and development of functionalities using LN4, the platform’s proprietary language. * Supporting the configuration and implementation of customer-specific requirements on the SaaS platform. * Collaborating in payroll implementation, including onboarding new companies, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll concepts into production environments. * Participating in analysis sessions with clients to understand their business model and functional and technical requirements. * Contributing to functional design and solution configuration. * Preparing and executing functional tests, and providing support during system validation or acceptance phases. * Collaborating in effort estimation and definition of technical solutions. * You have 2–3 years of initial experience in development or technical support, ideally in payroll-related or SaaS solution projects. * You possess knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java) and are motivated to learn and master our platform’s internal language LN4. * You have basic understanding of payroll calculation and HR processes, or you are willing and able to quickly acquire expertise in this area. * You are capable of analyzing customer needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions, and actively participating in configuration and functional testing. * You are proactive, able to work effectively in teams, and demonstrate initiative and an innovative mindset.
