




We are looking for an administrative/customer service representative for an important chemical industry company based in Benicarló. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Receiving orders via email or phone. * Checking stock availability for order fulfillment. * Managing complex orders (including export documentation and certifications). * Entering orders into the ERP system; creating items and price references. * Training and supporting new customer service agents. * Drafting and reviewing customer-related documentation. * Confirming order receipt to customers. * Ensuring reliability of delivery timelines in coordination with the Supervisor. * Reporting delays or non-compliance. * Managing delivery notes and CMR documents; liaising with transport companies. * Handling credit notes and tracking customer claims. * Archiving customer service documentation. * Keeping customer data up to date. * Creating and maintaining pricing, discounts, and special conditions. * Sending technical documentation, safety data sheets, catalogs, etc. * Creating or modifying customer accounts with approval from the Finance team. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, split shift between 08:00 and 16:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the chemical industry. * We are seeking a responsible and dynamic individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * \- Intermediate level of English. * Completed ESO \- Specific training in customer service is desirable
