Description
The position focuses on performing maintenance tasks within an industrial manufacturing environment, ensuring the operationality and safety of facilities. Key responsibilities involve a combination of autonomous and collaborative work, always under the supervision of the department head. A methodical approach is prioritized—from routine inspections to troubleshooting failures—ensuring uninterrupted production processes. The selected candidate will be a key element in the maintenance chain, directly contributing to operational efficiency and prevention of unplanned plant stoppages.
Work scope is broad and covers industrial furniture, infrastructure, and specialized machinery. Responsibilities include conducting periodic inspections, implementing necessary repairs, and proposing modifications to improve equipment performance or safety. A core part of the role involves maintaining detailed records of activities, detected anomalies, and spare parts consumption, using specific digital management tools such as the Infoream software. This documentation is critical for preventive maintenance planning and inventory management.
In addition to technical tasks, the position demands strict adherence to established safety regulations. After each intervention, it is mandatory to leave the work area in perfect order and cleanliness, consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). The ultimate goal is to maintain a safe, organized, and highly functional industrial environment where machinery operates within optimal parameters and occupational hazards are minimized.
The position offers a structured work schedule with shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the time slots 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Employment includes role-specific internal training and integration into a strong team within a plant that prioritizes productive functionality. A collaborative environment is fostered—one that values participation in consultative and preventive activities, as well as awareness of environmental impact.
A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required; preference is given to specializations in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or related fields. At least two years of demonstrable experience in an industrial setting is essential, with hands-on skills developed in machinery and facility maintenance. Teamwork ability, initiative, effective communication, and meticulous attention to technical equipment operation are positively valued.
