**We are expanding our team at Sagalés!** * **We are expanding our team at Sagalés!** We are looking for regular-route transport operators to join our operational control room, within the Operational Support System (SAE), located in Valldoriolf \- Granollers. **You are our ideal colleague if you possess the following competencies:** * Positive attitude * Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment * Cooperativeness and teamwork * Problem-solving skills * Proactivity * Communication skills **Responsibilities you would assume:** * Review and configuration of equipment functionality * Review of Bus-Line docking positions * Monitoring punctuality at service start * Real-time service monitoring * Service regulation * Real-time incident management for services * Communication of incidents to customers * Communication of incidents to users * Collaboration on small automation initiatives to improve control center processes * Management and optimization of available technical and material resources for service delivery * Performance of any other duties arising within the department, ensuring operational compliance and meeting company needs, as derived from the workplace and aligned with company operations. **What do we require?** * Experience in a similar department and/or experience in transport and/or logistics is valued * Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) * Pursuing or holding a degree in engineering, data science, statistics, or related fields will be considered an asset * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday **Advantages of working at Sagalés:** * Indefinite-term contract and immediate incorporation * Full-time schedule * Continuous training * An expanding project with a positive working environment
