**Residential Projects, High-Rise Construction, and Industrialized Construction** **Who Are We?** We are Casas inHAUS, a leading company in industrialized construction with over 14 years of experience, specializing in the comprehensive development of high-quality residential projects. We are currently undergoing strong growth and expansion into new business lines—including residential development, multi-family buildings, hotels, and large-scale industrialized developments—so we are seeking to hire a Senior Architect to strengthen our Architecture Department. **Key Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will lead the technical development and coordination of medium- and large-scale residential projects, working for both private clients and developers, investors, and other professional operators. Key responsibilities include: * Preparation and development of basic and execution projects. * Comprehensive development of multi-family housing projects, residential developments, hotels, and other building typologies. * Technical coordination with engineering firms, consultants, and technical directors. * Development and supervision of BIM models. * Preparation and review of technical documentation, construction details, and project solutions. * Coordination with departments responsible for industrialization, manufacturing, cost estimation, and construction. * Administrative processing with public authorities, professional associations, and utility providers. * Technical follow-up throughout all project phases until final documentation delivery. * Participation in meetings with private clients, developers, external architects, and other project stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture. * Minimum of **8 years** of experience developing architectural projects. * Demonstrable experience in **multi-family residential construction and real estate developments**. * Experience in high-level architectural projects and detailed construction design. * Proficiency in **BIM methodology**. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of CYPE and calculation tools. * Ability to interpret and coordinate structural, MEP, and envelope systems. * Advanced level of **English** (minimum C1\), both written and spoken. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Especially Valued:** * Experience in industrialized or prefabricated construction projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in hospitality, Build-to-Rent, or residential development projects. * Knowledge of Arquímedes, Presto, or cost estimation tools. * Experience working with international clients. * Ability to lead technical meetings and represent the company before clients and public administrations. * Problem-solving profile, organized and oriented toward technical excellence. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Office hours: + Monday to Thursday: **8:30 AM – 6:00 PM**. + Friday: **8:30 AM – 2:30 PM**. + Flexible start and end times. * Opportunity to join a project undergoing active national and international expansion. * Involvement in distinctive, large-scale architectural projects. * Real opportunities for professional growth. * Workplace: **Almussafes (Valencia)**. * Salary commensurate with experience and value contributed. **We Are Looking For A Person Who...** Enjoys designing high-quality architecture and is capable of leading complex projects from conception through execution.
