Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies, coordinating work activities, managing procedures, and conducting risk analyses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and applicable procedures 2. Coordinate work activities and manage PSS procedures 3. Develop specific procedures and risk analyses #### **What functions will you perform?** Reporting to the HSEQ Director, you must ensure proper implementation of the company's policies regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection. * Coordinate work activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures within your scope of responsibility. * Support internal/external audits within your scope of responsibility. * Manage and control PSS. * Develop specific procedures and risk analyses. * Control site access procedures: + Personnel and machinery granted access, CAE platform. + Site inductions. + Participate in pre-task toolbox talks. * Train and inform personnel assigned to the site regarding working conditions, identification records, and assigned personal protective equipment (PPE). * Analyze and report accidents and incidents. * Record HSE data on site: Bird’s Pyramid, on-site personnel, etc. * Conduct, analyze, and monitor inspections of occupational risk prevention and environmental conditions at the worksite; process inspection-related information and implement resulting actions. * Participate in and audit Work Permits + LOTO control. * Support internal/external audits within your scope of responsibility. * Prepare required reports: + Assessment of HSE conditions at the site and for ongoing tasks. + Occupational injury statistics (peak personnel count and hours worked). #### **Your profile** * 2–5 years of HSE experience on construction sites. * Experience in the renewable energy sector. * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). * Higher Technical Qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention. * 60-hour PRL Construction course. * Proficiency in Safety and Health discipline. * Proficiency in Environmental discipline. * Methods for occupational risk assessment. * Basic legal knowledge of occupational risk prevention. * English level B2. #### **About us** We are an international business group dedicated to renewable energy, specializing in photovoltaic solar power.
