Therefore, with each new hire, **we seek individuals who share our values and wish to contribute both professionally and personally**. **SOCIAL EDUCATOR** * EXTERNAL REF: 208/2025 * LOCATION: Ciudad Real. * AREA: Social Action. * PROGRAM: Temporary and comprehensive support for applicants for International Protection. * POSITION MISSION: Support beneficiaries in their process of social integration and daily coexistence. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Reception and accommodation upon arrival of program beneficiaries. * Support in language learning activities. * Conduct specific activities with minors and families (workshops on healthy eating, household economics, family planning, study support, development of values within the Culture of Peace…). * Promotion of healthy leisure activities. * Mediation with external resources. Accompany beneficiaries when necessary. * Design and implementation of group activities directed at program beneficiaries. * Design and execution of community actions, with special attention to raising awareness among the general population. * Encourage the creation of social networks. * Supervise the proper condition of accommodation facilities. * Report to management and work team any non-compliance with operational rules at accommodation facilities. * Hold assemblies and meetings with beneficiaries from different accommodation facilities, as well as organize activities and workshops to improve coexistence and daily life organization. * Prepare monitoring and final justification reports for the program, as well as other documents in coordination with other professionals. * Use SIRIA (Information System for Programs for Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) and/or other databases or program files. * Participate in preparing monitoring and final program reports, and other documents in coordination with other professionals. * Strengthen and support the rest of the professional team. * Guide and support volunteer staff or trainees in the program. * Inform the program's responsible professional of any incidents occurring in the program. * As a member of Movimiento por la Paz \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * EMPLOYMENT: Substitution contract until 12/31/25\. Immediate start. Category 1 of the Social Action Agreement. * WORK HOURS: 37.5 hours per week.
