Description

A cook is required to comprehensively manage kitchen operations, working with a menu and a selection of traditional dishes and portions. At least 24 months of verifiable experience is required in preparing dishes from the menu, the selection, and daily suggestions, as well as in organizing and cleaning the workplace, cold rooms, and storage areas, and in stock control. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with fixed time off on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday. The position is located in Ourense.
