Cannery Production Worker

Description

We are seeking personnel to work on a cannery production line in Vilanova de Arousa. Main tasks include manual cleaning of products such as mussels or sardines, as well as manual cutting and packaging. Additional duties involve boxing and palletizing the finished product, collaborating on quality management and compliance with food safety regulations—all performed as a team to improve the production process. A salary of €10.42 per hour is offered, along with an initial one-month contract, subject to constant renewals and potential direct incorporation into the permanent workforce. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, ensuring a balanced workday. For this position, training in food safety quality is required, as well as at least one year of prior experience in a similar role within a cannery. Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
