***Requirements*** * Education in architecture, engineering, or technical building surveying. * \+2 years of proven experience as a construction manager in full and partial residential renovations \+2 years. * Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. * Ability to produce graphical documentation and construction planning. * Organizational skills. * Communication skills. * Ability to resolve on-site unforeseen issues. ***Desirable*** * Technical or higher-level architecture studies. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. ***Responsibilities*** * Preparation and/or supervision of budgets. * Planning of construction works and adherence to deadlines. * Liaison with supervising architects regarding solutions and valuations of bill-of-quantities items. * Procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors. * Management of personnel, performance, and attendance. * Supervision of work quality and productivity. * Ensuring appropriate workforce and resources. * Ensuring compliance with all safety measures and quality standards. * Monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with the budget. * Resolving on-site unforeseen issues. * Reporting construction progress to management.
