We are looking for a **Telephony/VOIP Systems Engineer**, to work in a **predominantly remote mode, with occasional on-site presence in Madrid**. Main Responsibilities: * Analysis of requirements and project specifications. * Definition of system architecture, interfaces, and bills of materials (BOM). * Configuration of equipment and integration of systems from different vendors. * Preparation of technical and customer documentation. * Support for validation, commissioning, and proposal activities. * Participation in technical meetings related to the project. * Assistance in telecommunications infrastructure administration tasks. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. * Up to 1 year of experience in telephony systems and/or digital PBX development. * Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and Asterisk technologies. * Knowledge of telecommunications and Ethernet network connectivity. * Professional-level English for technical use and documentation preparation. * Ability to analyze projects and prepare technical documentation. Additional Assets: * Knowledge of sustainable product development. * Experience or knowledge of security systems. * Knowledge of PIS/PA systems. * Experience in telecommunications infrastructure administration. * Teamwork and communication skills in technical environments.
