The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Job Responsibilities * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Create menus and customized diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related sectors. * Preference for 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Team player. * Flexible availability.
