The selected candidate will be responsible for document management and general administrative support related to the company’s activities. Management and archiving of administrative documentation. Data entry and database updates. Support in managing invoices, delivery notes, and project documentation. Telephone assistance and email management. Coordination with various company departments. Other administrative tasks inherent to the position. * 3 years’ experience. Experience in administration * Higher Vocational Training qualification – Administration * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Prior experience in administrative tasks (experience in the construction sector is an advantage). Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). Organized, responsible person with team-working ability. Good command of Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary from '1700' to '1800'
