Responsibilities Proper control and storage of food, supplies, and equipment. Placing orders and conducting inventories. Applying hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards. Preparing daily menus according to established nutritional guidelines. Preparing special diets in coordination with the medical team. Managing and cleaning the kitchen and utensils.
