The selected candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, participating in the definition and improvement of user-centric solutions in administrative environments. Join our team at eXperience IT Solutions and become part of a leading IT services company across Spain! **\> Key Responsibilities:** * Direct interaction with users (administration / university environment). * Collection and analysis of functional requirements. * Process modeling. * Acting as a liaison between users and technical teams. * Defining functional solutions aligned with business needs. * Documentation of processes, functionalities, and specifications. * Writing user stories. * Coordinating with technical teams for correct implementation. * Tracking development progress and performing functional validation. **What We Offer:** * A stable project in a high-impact and complex environment. * Participation in projects within the public administration sector. * A positive work environment and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Remote working mode. **Requirements:** --------------- **\> Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst. * Experience in requirements gathering and functional definition. * Experience interacting with business users (not only technical profiles). * Experience in functional documentation. * Experience with end users. **\> Technical Knowledge** * SQL / database knowledge (sufficient level for analysis). * Experience or knowledge of Oracle APEX application architecture (highly desirable). * Familiarity with administrative systems or management applications. * UML / BPMN modeling. * Experience in functional testing. * Knowledge of MOTIV architecture. **\> Certifications** * Scrum Master / Product Owner. * UX training. **\> Desirable** * Experience with integrations (APIs, web services). * Experience in public administration or university environments. *At eXperience, we champion equal opportunities and diversity.* *Our commitment is to foster respectful and dignified workplaces, supporting the professional development of all employees.
