The **Program Operations Coordinator** plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of academic operations across the Business School. And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities. **Our People**At IE we are: * People\-driven * Change Builders * Autonomy Enthusiasts * Communication Enthusiasts * Knowledge Champions We are looking for a person to join a full\-time position in **Madrid \- María de Molina** Responsibilities: **Your role as a Program Operations Coordinator will involve:****Operational Coordination*** Coordinate the implementation and execution of academic op erations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with program timelines. * Collaborate with Program Management, Faculty, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of courses and student\-related services. * Anticipate operational needs, identify potential issues, and propose preventive or corrective measures. **Innovation \& Process Improvement*** Identify and implement process optimization initiatives in collaboration with the Operations and Program Experience (PX) teams. * Use data insights and digital tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity. * Participate in innovation and transformation projects aligned with the School’s strategic priorities. **Digital \& Technological Integration*** Act as a bridge between academic operations and technology, promoting the adoption of digital tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, ServiceNow, AI\-powered assistants). * Support the rollout and continuous improvement of digital initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and service quality. * Stay informed about emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) and explore how they can be applied to enhance academic and administrative processes. **Student \& Academic Experience*** Contribute to initiatives that improve the student journey and ensure a high\-quality academic experience. * Foster a “student\-first” mindset in every operational process, ensuring decisions are made with empathy and efficiency. * Support PX teams in managing feedback loops (surveys, NPS, service metrics) to measure and improve satisfaction. **Collaboration \& Communication*** + Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Academic Directors, Operations, PX, Faculty) to ensure information flows smoothly. + Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate tasks, share updates, and ensure alignment with institutional goals. + Promote a collaborative environment where best practices and innovative ideas are shared and implemented. Qualifications: **To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:*** **Digital \& Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Awareness of emerging technologies (AI, automation tools, CRM systems) and their potential impact on higher education. * **Analytical \& Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement.
