Creating space for a seemingly limitless experimentation; teasing, testing, playing with energy and emotion from incredible music of the world. Curated to complement the energy of each moment; sensual, playful, powerful, excited, childlike and so on... Where the complex depth and diversity of sound meets ecstatic movement, uniting us all in the freedom of dance and expression. # **FAQ** **Do I need to know how to dance?** Absolutely NOT! This is a space to express yourself freely. **I've never done something like this—is this weird?** Come with an open mind and a desire to play! The main goal is to BE YOURSELF! **Are there any rules?** As with any ecstatic dance journey, we will dance barefoot. It is also an **alcohol- and drug-free event!** And of course, consent is fundamental if you want to engage with anyone else. **Should I eat before coming?** We recommend eating a light meal that won’t affect your capacity to move. If you bring any snacks, please remember we are a vegan space. **How should I dress?** Comfortable clothes for you to move and dance.
