We are currently seeking a Social Integration Worker for a program providing comprehensive support in settlements and assistance with basic needs for people experiencing social exclusion. Key responsibilities include: * Reception, orientation, and intake interviews. * Design, monitoring, and evaluation of Personalized Social Integration Pathways (PSIPs). * Support in handling essential administrative tasks and meeting fundamental needs. * Management and record-keeping of financial and material aid. * Organization and delivery of workshops and group activities. * Promotion of autonomy, healthy habits, and positive coexistence. * Conflict mediation and implementation of crisis intervention protocols. * Coordination with community resources and participation in multidisciplinary meetings. * Updating records, preparing reports and activity summaries. * Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations. * Performing all necessary tasks to guarantee proper service delivery. Offered: * Indefinite-term contract. * Part-time: 20 hours/week. * Salary: €12,300 gross per year. **Profile:** Higher Technician Qualification in Social Integration. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. (Mandatory) Additional training in interventions with vulnerable groups, intercultural mediation, mental health, or addiction. Relevant experience in direct intervention with homeless individuals or those at risk of social exclusion is desirable. Knowledge of migration realities, document processing procedures, and local social resources. High capacity for empathy, active listening, and respectful accompaniment. Skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Strong organizational ability, autonomy, and responsibility in case management. Sensitivity to cultural and gender diversity. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social record-keeping tools.
