We are currently seeking to hire a Social Emergency Coordinator for the Community of Madrid. Your mission Channel directives from the General Sub-Directorate for Primary Care and Social Emergency to the team and carry out service coordination and monitoring. Inform, guide, and advise users and intervene in identified needs; your primary responsibility will be coordinating the team and the service. Be familiar with current legal regulations and established procedures, aiming to promote users’ social well-being and integration. Your responsibilities * Organize and coordinate the service according to the guidelines of the Community of Madrid. * Ensure compliance with the functions assigned to each professional under this contract, managing all aspects related to shift schedules, rest periods, working hours, substitutions, vacations, leave, and other similar matters for personnel assigned to service delivery; coordinate as necessary with the Social Emergency Service Head of the Community of Madrid and the General Sub-Directorate responsible for this area. * Plan, manage, and monitor tasks, and supervise any incidents or anomalies that may arise, resolving them as promptly as possible. * Supervise personnel assigned to the contract, issuing essential work orders, assignments, or instructions required for execution of the contracted activity. * Prepare required reports.
