**REMAR NGO** is seeking a **SOCIAL WORKER/EDUCATOR** to join the organization’s **Social Projects Department**, based at its offices in **Ajalvir**, to carry out the following responsibilities: * Support in the diagnosis, planning, monitoring, and implementation of the organization’s social projects and programs. * Coordinate with team members to submit project and program requirements, justifications, and evaluations. * Maintain open and fluent communication with all team members, the Social Projects Coordinator, and the Social Projects Director. **Requirements:** * University degree or higher vocational qualification in Social Work/Social Educator, with registration or enrollment in the corresponding Professional Association; or related degrees such as Psychology, Sociology, or Social Education. * Extensive experience using computer tools, including Microsoft Office, internet, etc. **Not required but valued:** * Experience and knowledge of funding sources for the social action field. * Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and justifying social projects. * Training in social project management. **Professional profile:** * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Demonstrated confidence and assurance in professional conduct. * Flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. * Teamwork orientation. * Problem-solving aptitude. * Proficiency in writing reports, documents, etc. **Job offer details:** Contract type: Indefinite-term, part-time contract Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 Salary: €857 gross per month Office location: Ctra.
