




ATYSA is seeking an organized and proactive individual to join as an Administrative Assistant in a company specializing in comprehensive property and homeowners’ association management in Pineda de Mar. Answering phone calls, emails, and接待 of property owners, tenants, or suppliers. Resolving basic inquiries or referring them to the supervisor. Document management: filing and organization. Supporting the drafting of meeting minutes. Receiving and processing invoices, collections, and basic payments. Coordinating with maintenance, cleaning, and repair service providers for properties. * 1 year of experience. Prior experience in administrative tasks. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP Grado Superior) * Competencies / Knowledge: Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Organizational ability and autonomy. Proficiency in computer applications and office tools. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (20 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary ranging from €680 to €720 * Additional information of interest: Stable contract. Start date: January 2026. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00 (20 hours per week). Salary: €708 gross/month
