We exclusively dedicate ourselves to the adaptation and personalized manufacturing of pediatric assistive devices (wheelchairs, standers, walkers, etc.), aiming to improve our patients' health, comfort, and independence, providing them with the best quality of life at every stage of their development. We are a passionate team of neurorehabilitation professionals, and we are now seeking an Orthopedic Technician to join our mission. Position Mission The Orthopedic Technician, under supervision, will have the competencies to manufacture, adapt, and maintain customized assistive devices for children with special needs, ensuring maximum comfort, functionality, and safety. This role is key to improving each patient's quality of life, autonomy, and well-being, requiring a meticulous and committed approach aligned with the values of BOOR MOBILITY SL. Main responsibilities under supervision. * Assess the postural and mobility needs of each patient in collaboration with the neurorehabilitation team. * Design and adapt each assistive device, ensuring a precise and personalized fit. * Prepare budgets, orders, invoicing, and record all required documentation for each case. * Carry out the adaptation or manufacturing of assistive devices according to technical specifications and quality standards. * Perform adjustments and quality checks at each stage of the process. * Train patients and their families on the proper use and maintenance of the device. * Maintain a detailed record of each intervention and maintenance performed. Requirements: * Training as an Orthopedic Technician or related qualification. * Experience in the adaptation or manufacturing of assistive devices or mobility aids such as manual and electric wheelchairs, standers, walkers, etc. (Desirable). * Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and molding and fitting techniques. * Proficiency in office software, AI, and 3D design and printing (the latter will be highly valued). * Commitment to quality, communication skills, and proactivity. * Availability to work in Madrid. * English proficiency will be highly valued.
