If you want to **develop professionally in customer service and administrative management within a digital environment**, this is your opportunity to start your career with us! **Job Description*** Request documentation and follow up on pending cases until resolution. * Resolve inquiries and issues from individual customers regarding vehicle procedures via phone and email. * Provide telephone support to customers to address any questions related to the vehicle sales process. * Manage and monitor assigned customer portfolios, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. * Assist in coordinating customer service activities, guaranteeing an optimal experience throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with the team in managing administrative and operational tasks essential for the department’s smooth operation. **Requirements*** Currently studying or recently graduated in Higher Vocational Training in Administration, International Trade, or a University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or similar fields. * Intermediate to advanced level of English is desirable. * Strong proficiency in office software tools (Excel). * Dynamic individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Additional Information** We offer: * Genuine possibility of continued employment after the internship period. * Working hours: Full-time from 09.00 to 18.00 (with one hour for lunch). * 25% remote work. * Duration: 6 months. * Salary: 600 €/gross per month. * Work location: Cuzco / Plaza Castilla.
