You will be responsible for supporting one of our clients in **Sangüesa**, leading and managing the organization’s *Business Intelligence (BI)* strategy, ensuring data is transformed into useful and reliable information for strategic and operational decision-making. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Lead the BI strategy defined jointly with the CIO, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Manage BI projects across all phases: analysis, design, implementation, and support. * Ensure data quality, availability, integrity, and security for analytics and reporting. * Design and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable data models and ETL workflows. * Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting intelligent use of information across all departments. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Sales) to identify needs and improvement opportunities. **What do we consider essential?** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with a clear focus on data analysis and management. * Minimum experience: At least 3–5 years. * Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and results orientation, with commitment to data quality and continuous improvement. * Collaborative leadership and cross-functional influence, coupled with clear and pedagogical communication skills. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Technical environment:** * BI and visualization: Power BI, DAX, interactive dashboards, and dynamic reports. * Databases and modeling: SQL, Azure SQL, dimensional modeling, ETL (SSIS), and Data Warehousing. * Cloud and programming: Azure Data Factory, basic knowledge of Python/R. * Data governance: Data quality, access control, and metadata management. **What do we offer?** * Full-time indefinite contract on a high-potential project within a dynamic and growing environment. * Competitive and experience-based compensation package. * Commitment to work-life balance through flexible working arrangements and remote work policies. * Continuous training and a personalized professional development plan aligned with your goals.
