As a senior engineer, you will be involved in tasks such as: * Defining, interpreting, and decomposing functional and technical requirements in collaboration with users and stakeholders. * Leading the technical and organizational design, integration, and validation of autonomous embedded systems for perception, navigation, guidance, control, and/or cooperation on UAV or space platforms. * Coordinating a multidisciplinary technical team specialized in software, hardware, integration, verification, and validation. * Acting as the technical interface with customers, facilitating mutual understanding between operational needs and technological solutions. * Supervising the technical execution of the project, deliverables, test plans, verification and validation, and achievement of technology maturity levels. * Participating in the preparation of technical proposals (tenders, R\+D, public calls). * Contributing to product roadmap design by proposing improvements, extensions, or transitions to industrialization. * Collaborating on applied research tasks (AI for autonomy or control, computer vision, multi-agent system cooperation, etc.) * Meetings, limited work travel, or flight test campaigns (limited). **Required Skills** A highly motivated professional with proven technical expertise and experience, who wishes to grow in the aerospace/defense sector by contributing to the development of innovative systems.
