As a **Manager \- AI Technology Risk**, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects for reviewing and auditing governance models, internal controls, and regulatory compliance of AI. You will closely collaborate with Technology Directors, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, Innovation and Business Leaders, etc., ensuring effective management of risks associated with AI use. Your key **responsibilities** will include: * Leading the definition, establishment, and review of AI governance models aligned with organizational strategies and business objectives. * Developing and overseeing organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring their effective integration into the corporate structure and alignment with industry best practices. * Validating existing AI-related controls by assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls. * Performing automated testing using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and software tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI-related business processes. * Providing improvement recommendations based on findings, guiding clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance their technological and AI control frameworks. * Ensuring regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as the point of contact for AI-related regulatory matters. * Reviewing analytical AI models using both traditional and generative techniques to drive organizational innovation. * Advising on international standards such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI management. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements**: * Degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines. * At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing. * Experience in defining AI governance policies and models. * Competency profile: Team-oriented, extroverted individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
