Responsibilities o Operation and maintenance (Level 1) of the HW/SW systems involved in providing satellite navigation services for the Galileo program. o Preparation of operational documentation (procedures, manuals, etc). o Generation and execution of validation tests for new system versions. o Preparation and delivery of training for other operators. o Development of scripts or small applications to automate operational tasks. Requirements Experience in: \- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Degree/Master's) * Experience managing, administering, and using IT systems: o Linux environments o Network equipment (switches, firewalls) o Virtualization (e.g. VMWare) o Containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience creating technical documentation, procedures, user manuals, etc. * Experience using ticketing tools for incident management. * Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Personal Security Clearance. * Spanish or European Union nationality. * Good level of English (B2 or higher) Availability required: * Occasional planned international travel (Europe) for work purposes. * On-call duties requiring unplanned international travel (France) for work purposes. * Telephone on-call technical support duties. Note: On-call duties will include additional salary supplements.
