Do you want to join the team? We'd love to meet you! We are seeking a Talent Selection Technician for the People Department, based at one of our offices in Madrid, in the San Blas\-Canillejas area. You will primarily manage national talent acquisition and attraction processes, along with other related tasks within the department: * Comprehensive management of selection processes. * Publishing job offers and directly sourcing candidate profiles. * Resume screening, interviews, candidate evaluation, and report preparation. * Onboarding training management. * Administrative tasks inherent to the position. We offer: * Full-time indefinite contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 08:00 and 17:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00\. * Market-competitive salary. * University degree; preferably Bachelor’s in Labor Relations and HR, Psychology, Labor Sciences, or similar fields. * Proficiency in recruitment management tools, Excel, and LinkedIn at an intermediate/advanced level. * At least one year of experience in recruitment and high-volume selection of profiles. * Experience conducting direct searches for professional profiles.
