We are seeking a Construction Manager for our Tetris Construction team. Your primary role will be to collaborate with the Construction team on departmental projects/construction sites, reporting to the designated Project Manager, and providing technical support to the team. What this position entails You will become part of the Construction team, participating in comprehensive project management during both design and execution phases, reporting to the Project Director, ensuring the highest quality standards are delivered, and contributing to the achievement of company objectives, carrying out the following responsibilities: Providing technical support to the commercial team in client relations. Conducting technical site visits for data collection. Collaborating with Design and Planning teams in developing architectural and installation projects, primarily within office and retail interior fit-out. Managing quality procedures, materials, and on-site finishes. Managing necessary resources to achieve project commitments, including subcontractor management, cost control, scheduling, and financial settlements with clients and suppliers. Assisting in requesting, managing, and analyzing required quotations from various suppliers, as well as evaluating comparative analyses. **Preparing necessary project documentation:** measurements, schedules, economic control, meeting minutes, as-built documents, etc. Every day is different, and in all these activities, we encourage you to showcase your ingenuity. **Does this sound like you? Do you have knowledge and experience in the construction sector? Do you have around 5 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality sector? Are you proficient with Office suite tools, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit? Do you have a high level of English? Are you an autonomous, proactive individual with teamwork skills, organization, commitment, and interest in helping drive corporate projects forward?
