At this moment, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for our client an **HR Technician** to work at their offices located in **Alcantarilla**, where you will play a key role in managing the workforce's administrative and employment-related processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience for all staff. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and manage the complete payroll process, including hour verification, salary calculations, deductions, and taxes. * Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper registration and documentation. * Manage the preparation and signing of employment contracts. * Assist in managing HR daily operational programs implemented within the company. * Perform assigned administrative tasks. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Diploma in Labor Relations, and/or Bachelor’s degree in Labor Sciences. * Some experience in payroll processing and managing employee hiring and termination procedures. * Proficiency/knowledge of the following software: + RED System + Contrat@ + A3 Innuva **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 14:30.
